- Details of that use - for example book, brochure, web site, newspaper, internal documents
- Image size - the size of the image when printed / used
- Print run - how many copies will be produced
- Placement - will it be front cover, back cover or inside
- Starting date - the date of first publication
- Duration - how many issues, over what period of time or how long the image will be displayed
- Country - where will the image be used

From 2008 to 2015 I was the photographer for Whitley Warriors ice hockey team following their matches home and away as well as photographing at functions. For each of the seven seasons I produced a yearbook.
